Yummy! This required more prep and pans than I normally use, it was really good. I had two uncooked chicken breasts that I cut, seasoned and cooked first, I added the breadcrumbs and butter as advised. There are two of us, so this makes enough for three meals. I followed the recipe exactly except for the chicken. Fefinitley making again, will probably double and freeze a batch.
