This was soooo… good! Admittedly, I didn’t make the gravy exactly the same as this suggests because I already had a homemade beef gravy in the fridge that I needed to use up, which is the reason I came upon this recipe…and I’m really glad I did! Even though I used an already prepared gravy, I did add the extra onions, onion powder, and garlic powder to it, and it was perfect! I will definitely make this again and again. Thank you.

This recipe was Great! The flavors blended perfectly. Adding the butter to the ground meat & the gravy was out of this world. This is definitely a keeper!!

My wife absolutely loved the result of this! I slightly altered the recipe, just so you know.

After I caramelized the onions, I pour in a cup of gin into the skillet. It’s my “signature touch” whenever I make sauces, gravies, etc. Try it out sometime!
