OMG! made this with a rump roast from our fully grass fed cow we just got!! Best jerky recipe I have found. Not to salty, sweet or spicy. Reminds me of my dads jerky from decades ago.

Hi Delores! If the sauce as already been in contact with the meat then I would discard it, but if not, it should be fine in the fridge for up to three weeks! 🙂
