LOVE this! (Longtime follower, first time commenter). Made it just as written, and it was sooo good. I forgot to make garlic bread, but it stood alone so well, we didn’t miss it. I love your recipes because I know they will feed my whole family and have leftovers!

This is my go-to recipe for this dish–don’t tell my mom! XD She used to make it when I was a kid, and hers is good… But yours is better. I add zucchini, usually, cut in half moons, just to up the veg ratio. It’s a favorite in our house!

SO good! I topped it with some panko to get a little crunch.  Will definitely make this again.
