I would probably take a look at my process shots, you can see what the bottom bun looks like (with ketchup/mustard), then what it looks like with the hot dog on top, and finally with the chili cheese topping. Did yours look similar? Maybe you used more condiments? I also use New England Split-top Frankfurter Hot Dog Bun or Lobster Rolls when I make this :)
