In reply to stacey haase. I would recommend that you thaw them first for an even cook. I would put them in a gallon freezer bag in a sink with some cool water, they thaw nicely that way.

These wings are delicious! I always hesitate to make wings cause the deep frying doesn’t appeal to me, so I thought I would give this recipe a try. I gotta admit I was skeptical that they would turn out as I thought the skin wouldn’t crisp up. I was sooo wrong. The wings were soooo good…moist inside and nice and crispy on the outside. We used the convection oven as we don’t have an air fryer. Will definitely make these again.
