This recipe is beyond amazing! Everyone in my family loved it including the picky teens and my scared of spice husband. I couldn’t find a packet of buffalo seasoning, which was my main reason for making this and Stephanie immediately helped out by sending me a homemade version, absolutely perfect! So glad I had the ingredients at home, she saved dinner! This will be a must throughout winter, highly recommend this recipe. We loved the sauce and added some tortilla chips to scoop with and crush on top.

Winner, winner, chicken dinner! This awesome recipe couldn’t be any easier or anymore delicious! My family LOVED this meal. I needed to use up some chicken breasts before their use by date and this recipe was perfect. Typed in “chicken” on the Cozy Cook website. Had all other ingredients in my pantry and fridge. Hey Kaitlyn! I know that you can make Chili in the Instant Pot, but I would need to test out how to make this specific recipe before giving instructions on how to do it. Maybe you could do a Google or Pinterest search for Instant Pot Chili and try to modify it for the buffalo chicken version! Good luck!
