Wow! …and Double Wow…so awesome! The layers of flavor were so fantastic! We absolutely loved it…started with organic roasted red peppers and used our own home grown garlic AND made your cheesy bread! The flavor was outstanding and it really came together fast! It will definitely be on repeat mode. The only comment I have is I think we will reserve some pasta water next time as we like it just a little more “soupier.” 5 Stars all the way!

I actually always use the Better Than Bouillon jars instead of cubes, (I just say "cubes" to bee more universal), but yes, 1 tsp is tsp same as 1 bouillon cube so you are good to go! I think Gruyere would also be very delicious in this! :) I'd love to know how you like it!

Hi there! Wanted to make this for the weekend but I’m trying to use up what’s in my fridge too, do you think I could use better than bouillon paste and Gruyere instead of bouillon cubes and asiago?
