Hey Geraldine! I’m sooo happy to hear that, I appreciate your support SO much, thank you so much for your compliments and support regarding my cookbook as well! I will be coming out with a second book and lighter meals will be represented! (For example, I’m planning on having a salad chapter, there will be stir fries, etc.!)- The first one was more quintessential cozy. 😁

Wow! This is one of the best recipes I’ve ever made! Great flavor! I didn’t have tomatoes, asiago cheese, or white wine so I know I’m missing some even more great flavor. Next time I will make it perfect. I really love this and I don’t give feedback often. Thank you!
