Hi Charles! Yes, you can definitely use gluten free flour and there are lots of brands that make it. Bobs Red Mill is one brand option!

Thanks so much for the awesome review Donnie! I totally get it, I can’t say I was a huge fan of Corn Chowder in the past either. But experimenting with this recipe opened my eyes! It’s super creamy and cheesy, and the smooth texture is delicious!

Ill be honest, I was never really a big corn chowder fan, until I used this recipe! This is by far the smoothest, and creamiest corn chowder out there. I used Yukon Gold Potatoes, and instead left out the red pepper flakes. I’ll definitely be making again!
