Really good meatloaf. Great flavor and texture. Just what I was liking for. My husband and I are not big onion fans so I was excited to try this recipe. Definitely a keeper!  Thank you for sharing.

Hi there! I would remove it from the fridge and let it sit out for 45 minutes- 1 hour or so, then bake as outlined!

Hi! If I am going to make this ahead and then stick it in the fridge until I’m ready to bake it, will the baking times and temperatures change? Or just bake as normal?

I love the texture of this meatloaf! It’s so light and fluffy and it’s packed with flavor! It for whatever reason took a lot longer to get to 160 degrees but it’s worth the wait!
