You are right, it certainly is better than take out.

Hi James! If you heat this up in a skillet on the stovetop instead of using the oven, I think that would be just fine- the heat will activate the cornstarch and do it’s job in thickening it up 🙂

Do you have to bake these with the sauce or could you fry the sauce on in a pan instead?

Stephanie you are the best I love meal prepping with your recipes… for my dinners and leftovers for my lunches for work. 
I made firecracker chicken bowls. Added rice and the veggies also. I did t have green onions but I sprinkled a little bit of tossed sesame seeds… delish with a little crunch

Hi Jinna! I don’t think Dino nuggets would hold up well in this recipe, and they would also need that cornstarch coating in order to thicken the sauce up. A few alternatives for you are my Mashed Potato Casserole recipe (Like a KFC bowl!), or my Chicken Parmesan Casserole!

Question:

I have some dino nuggets 🙄 no one wants to eat anymore sitting in my freezer…. do you think if I cut them up, I could use those in place of the chicken? 🤔 lol.
