These were so good!  I chose this recipe to try because it looked the simplest of all the waffle iron hashbrown recipes I was looking at (no thawing/draining/cooking bacon or sausage!). It turned out perfect and delicious.  The potatoes definitely cooked down, I have a large waffle iron and could have fit a lot more in I think, so next time I’ll add more.  Thanks for the great recipe!

Hi Dan! So sorry for the delay on my response, this one slipped by me! I haven’t tried it with homemade frozen shredded potatoes before but I think it should work the same way!
