So quick! So easy! So yummy!

The only changes I make is adding the zest of one lemon and the juice of a whole lemon. And sometimes it needs a little extra liquid so I add a bit of water if the pan is looking too dry. But we love this pasta! 3 year old approved- she LICKS the plate clean.

Recipe was great. I used a little more lemon juice than the recipe called for & I added some salt & pepper at the end but the rest I kept the same. It was delicious & fast & I love everything being cooked in one pan so less dishes to clean up 😀
