I made this today and used your cream of mushroom soup recipe (which I doubled and froze in 2 other portions).  Outstanding!  I left out some of the salt in both the soup and casserole recipes mostly because I’m salt sensitive and also used chicken broth to cook the noodles in instead of using bouillon cubes and didn’t miss the salt at all!  Thank you!  You have a new fan!
