Obsessed with this soup after the first bite!! I cooked up a pound of sweet Italian sausage on the side, then threw it in before the spinach and tortellini to add some protein. It still had the soupy, creamy texture. 
This one permanently has a spot on my fall dinner rotation!

Amazing! A staple art our house. 

Ohhhhh okay I get it now!!! I knew it was typo/auto correct (happens to me ALL the time!)- I just couldn’t decipher it! I’m not 100% sure about leaving all of them diced, maybe blend half to create a tomato broth, and leave the rest diced?

Hi Stephanie…. This is Christine‼️uuum lol yes “live” is supposed to love. It is obviously a mistake as we so all often make. Since we love ❤️ tomatoes, the question applies to leaving the tomatoes diced rather than emulsifying them in the soup. I feel as if that is another option based upon a person’s liking. Hope that clarifies your confusion. 

Hi Christine, can you clarify this question, I’m not able to discern what you mean. (“What if you really live tomatoes, can you just leave them out?”) – If “live” is supposed to be “love”, then I’m not sure why you’d want to leave them out. This is a tomato based soup for sure.
