I’ve made these twice now and they are so delicious. I love how this recipe is different in that the chicken broth helps to keep moisture in the potatoes. Excellent oregano flavoring, they are the best!

Delicious! I made mine with salmon and shrimp with the same dressing miuns the broth and some peas. Everyone loved it.
