The flavors of this dish are what I would expect from a restaurant. Absolutely delicious! I used dry thyme instead of fresh and mixed it into broth with other herbs. Aside from that I used all listed ingredients. I adjusted the recipe for 6 chops and used a cast iron Dutch oven on the small side for the amount of chops. I wasn’t able to spoon sauce over chops with such little room in the pan so I gently rotated them from under/over each other. I covered it for a bit with a tilt to the lid to help it all reach internal temp and the sauce thickened up beautifully. Moist, tender, full of flavor!
