Needed to cook a meal for extended family coming over. I had seen this recipe a few days earlier and immediately decided to make this. I had not had a lemony piccata as good as had been cooked many years ago by a friend. I’m a novice cook and enjoyed the process. The meal turned out perfectly and everyone was impressed. This recipe is far better than any I’ve had at a restaurant

You can replace the wine with chicken broth if needed, the wine really enhances the other flavors, but chicken broth will work too!

Hi Kristen! You can replace the wine with chicken broth, but the wine in this particular recipe really enhances the flavors and adds that “something” extra. They also have non alcoholic wine widely available! But as mentioned, chicken broth will work! Enjoy!
